At Rise Women Wellness, we believe in finding balance through the four pillars of wellness. We seek to exemplify each pillar, Nutritional, Physical, Mental and Spiritual health, in our programs, events and coaching.

The four pillars represent our value system, and we are dedicated to working with Christian Women to pursue Abundance through these pillars in all areas of your life.


Our Bodies Are Temples of God

Your body is so important that the Lord calls it a temple of God (see 1 Corinthians 3:16–17; 6:19–20). Our bodies are holy. Because your body is important, our Father in Heaven wants us to take good care of it. He knows we can be happier, better people if we are healthy.

And this we call an Abundant Life.

7-Weeks to an Abundant Life

With our 25-plus combined years of counselling & coaching clients to reach their personal goals, it has become very apparent that NOBODY is able to find optimal wellness if not intentionally including ALL 4 pillars of health. 

Just like a table, when one leg is shorter than the others, there will be instability and the table is unable to do what it was created to do in this life. Purpose is missed, and a continual feeling of being unsatisfied and unfulfilled is always present.


Rise Women Wellness helps women find balance in Physical, Mental, Nutritional and Spiritual Health. We can be really strong spiritually but have no handle on unhealthy eating habits. We can be mentally strong, yet struggle to physically climb a flight of stairs without gasping for air. In the same way, we can be physically strong and fit but feel unfulfilled in life due to a lack of a connection with our purpose in life. Overall, health requires balance, balance in all 4 pillars of health.
